BLAAAAHHHH
Hello, Blog thing.
Ok, sure, exercise helps you conk out fast.... of course, if you take a late night jog by the creepy woods, you have nightmares about being chased.... THROUGH the creepy woods.
One hour of sleep. Wide awake now.... this bites.
